Ethiopia coffee beans have a fruity, spicy aroma with a medium-body, and slight acidity. Some of the fruity flavours you can expect include cherry and blueberry, with notes of apricot, sweet berries, and stone fruit.
Bean Roasting Recommendations
It is recommended that a medium roast is used for unroasted beans to allow its delicate qualities to shine.
You can use a medium-dark or dark-roast if you prefer a heavier and sweeter coffee, but this may result in the loss of the finer qualities of your beans.
Brewing Recommendations
Ethiopia coffee will be enjoyed to its fullest if ground properly and brewed slowly using a French press or pour over (like the Chemex).
